slices pita bread (opened; for filling)

gms minced meat (mixed lamb & beef mince)

tomatoes (chopped)

onion (chopped)

green chili (chopped)

cloves garlic (crushed)
Pomegranate Molasses

tsp mixed spices
Salt to taste
Yogurt when serving
Noor Oil for brushing
Preparation
Steps Involved:
Mix minced meat with the onion, tomatoes, a teaspoon mixed spice, ¼ cup of Noor Oil, salt and a dollop pomegranate molasses.
Open pita bread and fill it with a good amount of mince.
Brush the top and bottom of the stuffed pita bread with oil.
Get your oven on high heat and cook the pitas till they are sizzling and golden on the bottom.
When golden at the bottom, place them into a hot grill to make the top crispy as well.
Suggestion:
Serve prepared Arayes Bill ahem hot, and with yogurt and a lemon wedge on the side.
