ml Noor Oil
These muffins are not only delicious but healthy too. Bananas are rich in potassium and this recipe replaces the butter with Noor Oil, making it light and easy to digest.
They are an ideal snack or breakfast for kids, and fun to prepare!
Get the kids to mash the bananas with the help of a fork. Now mix them in a large bowl with egg, Noor Oil and sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt, and add it to the wet ingredients. The kids can mix them all together!
Preheat the oven at 180°C and grease 10 individual muffin tins.
Pour the mix into greased muffin tins. Bake for 25 minutes.
You can prepare mini muffins as well! Just by baking them for 10 minutes.
