Preparation
Introduction:
Let these side dishes add flavor and variety to your grills and roasts.
Steps Involved:
Heat the grill or cast iron grill pan to a medium temperature.
Cut the peppers (capsicum) in half or into quarters, remove the seeds and membranes. Place them in a medium sized bowl and toss with Noor Oil, salt and pepper.
Baste the grill or cast iron grill pan with Noor Oil, place the peppers on top and cook for 15 minutes or until the skin starts to wrinkle and the peppers begin to char.
Remove from the heat, when ready to serve.
Suggestion:
Try sprinkle in some Oregano on top. Best served as a side with your favorite protein, fish, steak or chicken!
