Salmon is a fish commonly enjoyed almost everywhere! It is rich in omega 3 fatty acids and tends to be enjoyed by the whole family! I am pairing it with my favourite vegetable: carrots!
Usea pressure cooker to cook the carrots to geta silky cream.
Heat up Noor Oil in the pressure cooker. Add the carrots, thinly sliced with the baking powder and some salt. Close the pressure cooker and when the pressure has built up, count 8 minutes. Blend well and set aside.
To cook the salmon, heat up Noor Oil in a grill and cook the fish skin down until cooked halfway through. Then flip it over and finish cooking.
Serve the salmon over the creamy carrots and garnish with the parsley. Enjoy!
To ensure that the salmon cooks properly, make 2 small cuts on the skin.
