Ingredients

250 gm chicken breast (cut into strips)

¾ cup BBQ sauce

½ tsp black pepper powder

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large egg (beaten)

1 ½ cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp butter

Honey to Taste

Preparation

Introduction:

Kids love chicken cutlets and this healthy version is both delicious and quick to make.

Steps Involved: 

Mix the BBQ sauce and honey well.

Mix the chicken strips in the bowl and coat it well with the sauce.  

Keep this covered in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 

Preheat the oven to 350°F.  

Prepare the breading station by keeping 3 shallow bowls ready. 

Mix flour, pepper powder and salt in one bowl, eggs beaten in the 2nd and breadcrumbs in the 3rd bowl.  

Take the chicken tenders coat them in the flour, then dip them in the beaten egg and coat them with the bread crumbs. 

Once completely done line a baking tray and arrange the chicken strips on the tray. 

Brush the chicken with butter and bake for 10 minutes.  

Turn the chicken over and brush them with butter and bake again for another 10 minutes or till the strips are well cooked. 

Serve hot with mayonnaise or any favorite dips.
