tbsp Noor Oil
Fresh ground pepper
This recipe for sautéed bell peppers is good with your grills like mutton chops or broiled salmon.
Heat 2 tablespoons of Noor Oil in a medium pan, and bring to a medium high temperature.
Add the onions to the pan, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then add the sliced peppers to the pan and season with salt and
pepper until onion and peppers soften.
Sautéed peppers are lovely when served with rice and quick to whip up on a weeknight.
