gm prawns (cleaned and deveined)
tsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
tbsp raw sugar
tbsp ginger paste
tsp sesame oil
tbsp Noor Oil
Here’s a quick dish featuring a sweet-savoury sauce that adds satiating flavour to prawns.
In a bowl mix the soy sauce, the ginger paste, sesame oil and sugar well.
Ensure that the sugar is dissolved.
Add the prawns and the salt and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat the Noor Oil and add the prawn mixture to this.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes till the sauces become thick and coats the prawns very well
The Teriyaki prawns are ready.
