small onion, sliced
cup sour cream
cup cream cheese, softened
tin tuna in water, drained
juice and zest of lemon
tsp hot sauce
tsp wholegrain mustard
salt and pepper to taste
fresh mint leaves
The perfect hors d’oeuvres – deliciously elegant!
In a frying pan, heat Noor Oil on medium heat.
Gently fry onions until soft and caramelized for about 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, tuna, hot sauce, mustard, lemon juice and zest, and season with salt and pepper.
Once onions are ready, drain on kitchen towels and add to the mixture.
Cut each cucumber into thirds, carefully coring each piece but leaving the end sealed (for the stuffing).
Spoon the mixture into each cucumber.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
