gm chicken breast (cubed)
cloves garlic (minced)
medium sized onion (cut into flat pieces)
dry chilies (cut into halves)
cup cashew nuts (roasted)
spring onion (chopped)
tbsp Noor Oil
For the sauce
tsp soy sauce
tbsp sweet soy sauce
tsp fish sauce
Here’s an all-time favourite recipe from China that is popular with all age groups.
Keep a wok on medium heat and add the Noor Oil;
To this add the garlic, onions and dry chilly and stir fry for a minute.
Add the cashews and fry for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken and fry till the surface of the chicken turns color.
Add the soy sauces and the fish sauce and stir till the chicken in cooked.
Add little water if it is dry and add the sugar.
Stir in the spring onions and mix well.
Take off the fire and serve with steamed rice.
