2 cups  mango pieces

6 tbsp yoghurt

½ cup  milk

Sugar

1 pinch  cardamom

Water

Preparation

Introduction:

A creamy yoghurt-based smoothie blended with delicious mangoes, is really good for a hot summer day.

Steps Involved:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender till it is smooth.

Add water for desired consistency.

Serve chilled in tall glasses.
