Ingredients

1 lb  lean ground beef

2 tbsp ketchup

¼ tsp  salt

¼ tsp pepper

¼ cup  Noor Oil

Condiments:

Mustard

Ketchup

Mayonnaise

Minced onion

Dill pickle slices

Tomato slices

Lettuce leaves

Preparation

Introduction:

Try out Saba’s delicious mini burgers made with quality ingredients. This mini burger is a delicious and healthy alternative to fast food.

Steps Involved:

Combine first ground beef, ketchup, salt and pepper. Shape mixture by tablespoonfuls into patties, keep them aside.

In a large frying pan, heat 1-2 tablespoons of Noor Oil to a medium high temperature. Place the patties one by one into the pan, careful not to overcrowd. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, remove from the pan and rest for 1 minute.

Cut rolls horizontally, and place a piece of cheese (optional) and a meat patty in each; arrange them neatly in a tray.

Suggestion:

Serve these mini burgers prepared with desired condiments. Enjoy!
