Macaroni and cheese is any kid’s favorite, it is so easy to prepare yet a delicious meal even adults will love.
Cook macaroni in a large pan of boiling water with some salt. Once cooked, drain macaroni and keep aside.
In a thick bottomed pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add flour, keep stirring for a minute and then slowly add the milk. Stir till the milk gets thick and remove from the fire. Add cheese and stir till it melts into the milk and the mixture becomes thick and saucy.
In another pan add a small piece of butter and stir in the macaroni. Top with the cheese sauce and allow it to coat the macaroni well. Mix well, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
