Preparation
Introduction:
A simple pasta dish, which is packed full of delicious flavours and textures with sautéed mushrooms, bell pepper, varied herbs and prawns.
Steps Involved:
Cook the penne pasta in boiling water with some salt for several minutes until tender. Once half cooked, drain the water and keep aside.
Place a pan on medium heat, add Noor Oil , sauté shallots and all vegetables namely garlic, bell pepper and mushrooms chopped and prawns and and allow the vegetables to get slightly brown.
Now to the cooked pasta, add fresh cream, mix well and set aside.
Add grated cheese, and the spices kept aside (oregano, thyme and rosemary) and mix the gravy well to form a thick sauce.
Check for seasonings adding salt and pepper.
When ready to serve, toss the boiled pasta with the sauce prepared above.
Suggestion:
Serve pasta hot with garlic bread.
