cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
cup fresh or frozen blueberries
cup green seedless grapes
cup cantaloupe (cubed)
cup sweet cherries (pitted)
cup fresh pineapple (diced)
cup walnuts (chopped)
tsp ground cinnamon
This crunchy, fresh and sweet salad is a healthy start for any busy day!
Mix all the fruits together. Add the nuts and cinnamon and toss well. (You can add a dash of fresh cream or yoghurt/laban and honey if you like it with a twist.) Serve immediately.
