tbsp of brown sugar
tbsp of flour
tsp of baking powder
gm dark chocolate
cup Noor Oil
This may look like your average cupcake, but surely is not. Airy and rich – it is the perfect dessert.
Preheat oven to 160°C
Prepare a double boiler, and melt the chocolate and milk. Continue mixing until incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and add the chocolate-milk mixture.
Pour into cupcake pans or ramekins with Noor Oil
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
Cover it partially with powdered sugar and serve.
