gm Fettuccine Pasta
cup fresh cream
cups parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper (freshly ground)
A creamy pasta dish that’s easy to prepare with just butter, fresh cream and cheese.
Cook the pasta well according to the instructions on the packet.
In a saucepan warm the butter and add the cream to it. Season this with salt and the freshly ground pepper.
Grate the parmesan cheese.
Take half of this cheese and add it into the warm cream and stir well.
Place the cooked pasta onto a large serving dish.
Pour the creamy sauce on it and toss it with tongs.
Add the rest of the parmesan cheese and mix well.
Add more of ground pepper.
Serve hot as main course or as an accompaniment to meat.
