sea bream fillets
gm yellow and red cherry tomatoes
red onion, finely chopped
tbsp black olives, sliced
Salt and pepper
tbsp balsamic vinegar
This is a very Mediterranean dish! It is healthy, full of flavor and can be prepared in a matter of minutes!
Sea bream is a white fish, very popular in Continental cuisine that can also be found easily in the Middle East. All the ingredients used in this recipe are ingredients common both to Continental and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Heat up Noor Oil in a pan and poach the onion at a low to medium heat for 10 minutes. Then add the cherry tomatoes - cut into halves, the olives, oregano, salt and pepper to taste and the balsamic vinegar. Give it a good stir and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring every once in a while.
While the onion is poaching, bake the fish in the oven. To do so, preheat the oven at 200°C and place both sea bream fillets in an oven proof pan. Add Noor Oil , salt and pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Serve the sea bream fillets with some tomato and olive relish on top. Enjoy!
