Crepes are a French classic and a kid’s favourite!
In a bowl, mix the flour, beaten egg, salt, a spoonful of Noor Oil and milk until you obtain a runny batter.
Heat up a non-stick pan or a crepe pan greased with Noor Oil. You should work on a medium-low heat. Add a small amount of batter to the pan and quickly spread it. Let the crepe cook for 1 minute before you flip it over. Allow it to cook for 30 seconds.
Set aside and continue making crepes with all the batter.
Now simply spread cream cheese on each crepe, add a slice of turkey ham, roll the crepe up and enjoy!
You can add vegetables like spinach, beetroot to the crepe batter; to make it even more nutritious and colourful!
