tsp milk or water
cup red onion (chopped)
cup grated cheese
tortilla or roti
Hot sauce to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
tsp Noor Oil or butter
This easy to make wrap is an ideal tiffin box companion.
Beat the egg well with 1 teaspoon milk or water. To the beaten egg add salt, pepper, hot sauce and chopped onions.
Heat a pan over medium heat; lightly smear some butter or Noor Oil on it. Pour the egg mixture into the pan; rotate the pan around to spread the egg mixture evenly on it, covering the pan thinly like a crepe.
Sprinkle some grated cheese on it immediately, let the cheese melt a little.
After 2 minutes when cooked, fold in both sides.
Slide the egg fold on a warm tortilla or roti and fold over.
Serve hot immediately.
