cup potato(cooked and mashed)
cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
cup cottage cheese (crumbled well)
Bread crumbs for coating
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Treat and delight your kids by recreate this healthier version of Cheese Balls.
Combine the spinach, potato, cheese (both kinds) and pepper well. Add salt to taste.
The consistency of the mixture should be firm in order to form the balls.
Divide the mixture into 12 portions and make balls out of it.
Dip each in the whisked egg and coat them well with the bread crumbs.
Heat Noor Oil on medium and deep fry the cheese balls to a light brown consistency.
Serve with ketchup.
