bunch of parsley, chopped
small clove garlic, minced
juice of 3 lemons
A healthy and light alternative, chickpeas are a popular staple in the Gulf. Great as a lunch side dish or as a light dinner.
In a pan, heat Noor Oil
On medium heat, fry garlic and tomatoes until tomatoes soften.
Add chickpeas and water and mix well.
Add all spices and lemon.
Cover and continue cooking on low-medium heat for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with fresh Arabic bread.
