Preparation
Introduction:
These delicious Kashmiri style lamb chops are the perfect finger food, especially when you have guests over.
Steps Involved:
Place the lamb chops in a saucepan along with the milk, water, garam masala, salt and spices over a high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered. Cook until the meat is tender and liquid has evaporated.
While the chops cool, prepare the batter by whisking all the ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Let it stand for 30 minutes.
Heat Noor Oil in a pan. Dip the chops in the batter and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Suggestion:
Serve hot with mint chutney, thinly sliced red onions and chopped toasted pistachios.
