Ingredients

200 g beef tenderloin pieces

½ red cabbage

2 tbsp  red vinegar

1 tsp  paprika powder

splash of cream

1 golden apple

1 spoonful  chopped coriander

1 lemon

Salt and pepper

Noor Oil

Preparation

Introduction

This is one of those recipes that gives the impression of being in the kitchen all day preparing for your event, but in reality, it is fast and easy! It is indeed a perfect hostess recipe!

Steps Involved:

Boil the sliced cabbage until soft.

Now sauté it with Noor Oil, whilst breaking it down with a wooden spatula. Sauté for 10 minutes at a medium heat before adding vinegar and paprika, salt and pepper. Give it a good stir and blend with a splash of cream, until you obtain a creamy consistency.

Now cut the apple into small cubes and mix with the lemon juice and coriander.

Grill your beef fillets until the desired doneness and serve over a base of purple puree, topping it with the apple salsa. Enjoy!

Suggestion:

You can add spicy paprika for an extra kick!
