eggs + 2 tbsp water
tsps Noor Oil
onion, finely chopped
garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
cups rice, cooked & cooled
tbsp soya sauce
tsp sesame oil
tsp freshly ground pepper
spring onions, chopped
This quick and easy fried rice is a meal by itself.
Beat eggs and water.
Heat Noor Oil in a skillet and scramble the eggs well.
In a wok, add the Noor Oil and onions and sauté till the onions are soft.
Add garlic and stir for a minute.
Add rice and soya sauce and mix well on medium heat. Stir fry for 3 minutes till the rice is well coated with the sauce.
Add the sesame oil and stir fry for another minute. Add the freshly ground pepper and salt as is needed.
Stir in the eggs and spring onions and serve hot with meat or vegetables.
