Preparation
Introduction:
You can prepare this meatloaf in advance and heat it when necessary.
Steps Involved:
Cut the bread and put in a medium bowl, and pour the milk over it. Let the bread soak until it is soft.
In the meanwhile combine the carrots, celery, and onion in a food processor, and pulse to make a fine mixture.
When the bread is soft, squeeze out the excess milk, crumble and put it in a large mixing bowl. Mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs, Pecorino, parsley, salt, pepper, nutmeg, crushed garlic clove, parsley, thyme and marjoram with the bread, using your hands to distribute all of the ingredients evenly.
Put the meat mixture on a surface with flour and make a rectangular shape with a hole in the middle. Put cheese cut in slices, close the meat mixture into a loaf and coat the meatloaf with flour.
Pour Noor Oil a pan. Sauté the vegetables and add the meatloaf.
Cook your meatloaf covered for about 50 minutes and add hot water if it is necessary, remember to turn it every 10/15 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Suggestion:
It’s absolutely perfect served with baked potatoes.
