For the Meatballs:
pound ground beef
tbsp very finely minced onion
cup all-purpose flour (coating for frozen meatballs)
Plenty of ground black pepper, to taste
A dash of Tabasco
This is an all-American comfort food and will be every family’s favourite dinner menu. Super easy, super delicious and great even as leftovers. The ingredients are easy to find and stock up in your pantry. Serve these meatballs with roasted potatoes and brown rice.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all meatball ingredients except for flour. Roll into medium-small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Place sheet in freezer for five minutes. After the 5 minutes, remove meatballs from freezer and immediately dredge in unseasoned flour.
Brown meatballs in Noor Oil until just brown. Place into a baking dish.
Combine all sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Serve these meatballs with roasted potatoes and brown rice.
