lemon for juice & zest
tbsp dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, basil)
Freshly ground pepper
tbsp Noor Oil
A light marinade of herbs with a undertone of lime juice and zest complements the richness of salmon.
In a small bowl mix the dried herbs, lemon juice, lemon zest and butter.
Rub marinade and some Noor Oil all over the salmon pieces.
Grill over medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side.
Serve with white sauce and garnish with herbs.
