tbsp ginger, chopped
cloves garlic, chopped
cups brown rice, cooked
bag mixed vegetables, frozen
tbsp soya sauce
bunch spring onions, chopped
Fried rice takes a healthy spin! Made with brown rice, this dish can be enjoyed as a meal on its own!
In a wok, heat Noor Oil.
Fry onion, ginger, garlic until soft.
Add chicken and cook through.
Add 3 tablespoons of soya sauce.
Add cooked rice and mixed frozen vegetables.
Keep stirring until well mixed. Add more soya sauce if necessary.
Serve it with a vegetable side dish.
