Fill your cookie jar with a classic drop cookie that's doubly satisfying for your entire family.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare a parchment lined baking tray.
Sift the flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder along with salt into a bowl.
In a bowl, whisk butter and sugar well. Beat in the egg followed by vanilla essence.
Fold the flour into the whisked butter.
Fold in oats and raisins also to the mixture.
Using a tablespoon, scoop batter into the baking tray, leaving enough space between scoops.
Bake them for around 12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
Children love to dip their cookies in milk, and in the process, consume both as well.
