Ingredients

500 gms  chicken breast (minced)

1 small  onion (minced)

3 garlic cloves (crushed)

tapioca flour (for binding)

rocket leaves (when serving)

mayonnaise (when serving)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Noor Oil

Preparation

Steps Involved:

Mix together onion, garlic, minced chicken along with some salt and tapioca flour, and knead well till it becomes a semi sticky mixture. Put the mixture in the fridge for 10 min.

Take it out from the fridge. Shape the mixture into small balls and press into a plate lined with tapioca flour so as to coat on both side of the patties formed and set them aside.

Prepare a pan with some hot Noor Oil; cook your chicken burgers to perfection.

Sandwich the patties prepared along with vegetables in gluten free bread, topped with mayonnaise.

Suggestion:

Serve along with other condiments to enhance taste of the burger.
