cups potatoes (cubed same size)
slices Turkey or Beef bacon (cut into small pieces)
tbsp Dijon mustard
hardboiled egg (chopped)
stalk celery (diced)
medium green pepper
A delicious and creamy side dish that can be served at outdoor barbeques and picnics.
Boil the potatoes till they are cooked well but not overcooked.
Shallow fry the bacon over low heat till it becomes crisp.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and salt and combine these well.
Add the bacon, potato, eggs and celery and mix well.
Refrigerate well before serving.
