Ingredients

20 large clean and deveined shrimps

200 gm rice noodles, powdered

2 egg whites

Salt to taste

Noor Oil

Preparation

Introduction:

This crunchy shrimps are a hit every time I prepare them. The secret is the crunchiness, which we provide by using rice noodles. It is one of my little secrets and I am happy to share it with you!

Steps Involved:

Use medium sized bamboo skewers and insert a shrimp in each one lengthwise.

Beat the eggs whites and coat each shrimp with egg white and then powdered rice noodles.

Fry in abundant hot Noor Oil.

Serve immediately.

Suggestion:

To give it an extra kick, you can add a small amount of cayenne pepper or paprika to the noodle powder.
