apples (cored and peeled)
tbsp cinnamon powder
tbsp brown sugar
cup chopped almond
gms corn flour (for coating)
tbsp Noor Oil (for frying)
Delicious snack that doubles up as a dessert too.
Slice apples into circles or crescents; dip them in egg and then corn flour.
Heat Noor Oil in a pan and shallow fry coated apples till golden.
Set them aside and sprinkle with cinnamon while warm.
Add brown sugar in pan with the almond slivers until it caramelizes. Set aside.
Set fried coated apples with yoghurt and caramelized almond. Sprinkle some cinnamon and it is ready to be served.
