cup bread crumbs
tsp garlic powder
jalapeño (cut lengthwise, removing stem and seeds)
sticks mozzarella string cheese cut in half
Mozzarella and Jalapeno sticks make an excellent starter, whose subtle spices will pleasantly tickle your pallet.
Mix bread crumbs, garlic powder and salt in a bowl and keep aside.
Sandwich a mozzarella piece between two cut jalapeno, wrap them well with rice paper and seal the edges with a little water.
In the same manner wrap the remaining jalapeño and mozzarella sticks and keep aside.
Dip these sticks in beaten egg, coat them well with bread crumbs.
Heat Noor Oil in a medium high flame, fry the mozzarella sticks for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup
