large bell peppers
tbsp Noor Oil
sea salt & fresh ground pepper
Great side for your grills and steaks.
Preheat oven to 350°F or 160°C.
Place the bell peppers on a baking tray and roast for 15-20 minutes turning once until the outside is charred.
Remove from the oven and place into a glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 5 minutes.
Next, take the peppers and remove the skin inner membranes and seeds. Slice into strips, toss with Noor Oil, salt and fresh ground pepper.
Use with your salads, pair with cheese on top of crostini, or as an omelet or sandwich filling. Enjoy!
