cups all-purpose flour
tsp baking soda
cup brown sugar
cup white sugar
cup cinnamon chips
tbsp flax seed
cup Noor Oil
These cookies contain some healthy secrets, flax seeds, raisins and oatmeal!
Preheat oven to 170°C and coat baking sheets with Noor Oil
In a bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, mix sugars, Noor Oil and eggs. Add vanilla.
Slowly add the flour mix into the wet mixture. Mix well until incorporated.
Add raisins, oats, cinnamon chips, and flax seed. Mix by hand.
Drop one tbsp balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Goes well with evening tea!
