Ingredients

4 zucchini

200 gm  ricotta cheese

Fresh basil

1 kg  tomatoes

1 onion

1 garlic clove

Oregano to taste

Salt and pepper

Noor Oil

Preparation

Introduction:

A pressure cooker is the ideal piece of equipment for busy families who want nutritious meals prepared in no time! When used correctly, it helps preserve all the flavor and properties of the ingredients used!

For this delicious vegetarian dish, the sauce and the zucchini are cooked at the same time using just one pot, the pressure cooker!

Steps Invovled:

Core the zucchini and cut them into 3 parts. Heat a little Noor Oil in a pressure cooker and sauté all the excess zucchini. Mix it in a bowl with the ricotta cheese, some chopped basil, salt and pepper and oregano.

Stuff the zucchini with this mixture.

Now sauté the onion and garlic & add the previously blended tomatoes. Now place the zucchini in a steamer basket in the pressure cooker, over the tomatoes and allow it to cook for 3 minutes.

Suggestion:

Serve the sauce as a base, with the zucchini over it. Decorate with basil leaves. Enjoy!
