Preparation
Introduction:
The delicious Bihari Kebab Skewers are very soft and offers a different experience in cooking. Try making it once and you will love it all the way!
Steps Involved:
Firstly, prepare mango green chutney by blending all the ingredients for mango chutney together in a food processor until smooth. Add salt to taste. Cover and chill until ready to use.
In a medium sized pan heat a generous amount of Noor Oil to a high temperature. Fry sliced onions until golden brown, transfer to a paper towel lined plate to absorb the excess Noor Oil. Place the fried onions into the bowl of a food processor or blender and grind into a smooth paste.
Now in a non reactive mixing bowl, mix Wagyu beef strips with the onion paste, ginger paste, spices, yogurt, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
Take the marinated beef and thread into the skewers and grill or broil in the oven for 20 minutes, turning once through the cooking process for even cooking.
Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a couple minutes before serving. Pair it with the mango green chutney and enjoy!
Suggestion:
Serve kebabs hot. It is especially good when paired with the green mango chutney.
