The beauty about this recipe is that you can prepare a large badge and freeze them and then use as needed.
Start by cutting the chicken into thin slices. Cook it in Noor Oil Season well, add the soy sauce and blend with a small amount of milk until you obtain a paste.
Return to a pan, add the flour and mix well. Then slowly add milk. Pour in the milk slowly and keep stirring it is well incorporated. Do not add excess milk. This will result in a creamy béchamel sauce.
Allow to cool down and refrigerate overnight.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Prepare another bowl with the breadcrumbs.
Now shape the chicken mix into individual balls or croquettes. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs and fry in abundant hot Noor Oil. Enjoy!
Serve hot and best eaten with Noor Mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
