carrots, diced

stalks celery, diced

cups chicken stock

cups water

bay leaf

oz egg noodles, cooked

tsp dried oregano & basil

Preparation
Introduction:
Chicken Noodle soup is one of the popular soups savored by young and the old, around the year especially during the winter months and/or when someone is sick.
Steps Involved:
Heat Noor Oil in pan, sauté onions for 3-4 minutes in it.
Add carrots, celery and stir well until vegetables are soft.
Add the chicken breast and stir till it is well browned.
Add stock, water, dried herbs, salt and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
Add in the cooked egg noodles and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Suggestions:
Serve soup hot with garlic bread and bread sticks.
