tbsp Noor Oil

Preparation
Introduction:
A delicious, gentle and soothing soup packed with fresh tomatoes and served with cream.
Steps Involved:
Blanch the tomatoes and chop them.
Blend it to a smooth puree in a blender.
Add Noor Oil to a pan and add the bay leaf and garlic. Sauté it for a few seconds.
Add the butter and the flour and stir for a minute on low heat.
Add the tomato puree and 1 cup of water and simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in the sugar, salt, ground pepper and cream.
Let this cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with a dash of cream and croutons.
