Preparation
Introduction
These are every kid’s favorite! Not only do they enjoy eating them but also preparing them!
This version is a fantastic healthy alternative to the frozen one and it is easy and fast to prepare.
Steps Involved:
The first thing to do is to prepare the marinade. The kids can easily help with this, by mixing in a bowl the honey, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
We will then add the chicken fingers into that bowl, mix well and let them rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Now let the kids cover the chicken fingers with the bread crumbs. Once this is done, and while they wash their hands and get ready to eat, fry the chicken fingers in hot Noor Oil. Enjoy!
Suggestion:
Soy sauce is a good alternative to salt. When marinating raw meat with it, avoid adding extra salt, especially for the little ones’ meals!
