Ingredients

lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

medium bell pepper, sliced
1
small onion, sliced
2
cloves of garlic, minced
1
tbsp ginger, minced
1
small green chili
1
cup broccoli
3
tbsp oyster sauce
2
tbsp soy sauce
3
tbsp cider vinegar
1
tbsp honey
2
tbsp water
2
tbsp cornstarch
2
tbsp Noor Oil
salt and pepper
Preparation
Introduction:
This saucy shrimp will make an excellent side dish for any meal when served with rice.
Steps Involved:
Heat 2 tablespoons of Noor Oil in a medium pan, and bring to a medium high temperature.
Place the shrimp in a shallow bowl and rub with 1 tbsp of sea salt. Cover and chill.
Bring 1 tablespoon of Noor Oil to a medium high temperature in a fry pan/ skillet. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and
sauté for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables soften.
Add the peppers, chili, and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and slightly soft. Remove from the pan, set aside.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the oyster sauce, soy sauce, cider vinegar, honey, water and cornstarch together.
In the same pan, add sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes, it should thicken quickly. Add the shrimp and coat with the sauce
while it cooks about 1-2 minutes per side.
Add the cooked vegetables and stir fry together for 1-2 minutes.
Shrimp stir fry is now ready to be served.
Suggestion:
Best served and relished when partnered with steam rice. Enjoy!
