Preparation
Introduction
Wild rice isn’t commonly enjoyed in continental cuisine. However, its rich nutty flavor combines perfectly with other common ingredients and creates a hearty wholesome salad.
Piquillo peppers and a variety of fresh herbs turn this dish into the perfect blend of East and West!
Steps Involved:
Start by preparing the vinaigrette or sauce for our salad.
Get an empty jar or a container and add the lime juice, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Noor Oil
Close the container and shake it well until all the ingredients are properly mixed. Set aside.
Now cut the piquillo peppers in julienne, dice the cucumber and cut the tomatoes in halves.
Mix in a bowl with the rice and herbs and add the vinaigrette. Enjoy!
Suggestion:
Don’t throw away those empty jam jars. They are perfect to prepare and store salad dressings!
