green cardamoms (seeds crushed)

tsp nutmeg (freshly grated)

green chilies, (chopped)

tbsp Noor Oil
Bamboo Skewers (soaked in water)
Preparation
Introduction:
Delicious, tender chicken that melts-in-your-mouth, making an excellent snack or appetizer.
Steps Involved:
Sprinkle lemon juice and salt over the chicken pieces, cover and set it aside.
Mix the yogurt, cream, ginger and garlic, cardamoms, cumin, nutmeg, chilies, coriander, and Noor Oil and blend into a smooth paste. Pour over the chicken, coating it evenly. Allow it to marinate for 1 hour, covered, in the refrigerator.
Preheat the broiler or grill to a medium temperature.
Skewer the chicken, transfer to a cooking tray and place it under the broiler or grill, for 10 minutes on each side until cooked thoroughly.
Halfway through cooking process, baste the chicken with the additional Noor Oil. Alternatively bake in a preheated 180°C / 350°F oven for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
