1 ripe avocado, diced

1 onion, finely chopped

100 gm small shrimps, clean and deveined

15 pack small spring roll pastry sheets

Salt and pepper

Noor Oil



This is a classic hors d'oeuvre. It is easy and fast to prepare and it is an ideal canapé to offer your guests at the beginning of the evening, as it is light yet flavorful and elegant.

Steps Involved:

Heat up Noor Oil in a pan and cook the onion at a medium to low heat until transparent.

Place 1 teaspoonful of onion on each of the pastry sheets, as well as 1 or 2 shrimps and a few pieces of avocado. Season with salt and pepper, form a moneybag and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes or until golden.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!


To ensure the canapés don’t break you can put a small piece of the spring roll pastry as a base, before adding the ingredients.
