Hard boil 4 eggs. Peel the shell and cut each egg into 4 thick slices. Set aside
Now prepare thick béchamel sauce. To do so, heat up Noor Oil in a pan and brown flour for a couple of minutes. Then slowly start adding milk whilst stirring constantly, add in nutmeg powder. Do not add extra milk until the earlier milk has been absorbed by the flour. It should take about 20-30 minutes to obtain a thick béchamel. Let it cool slightly and then coat each egg slice with béchamel.
Beat the 2 remaining eggs, and coat the eggs with egg and bread crumbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before frying in abundant hot Noor Oil. Enjoy!
You can wrap each egg slice in cheese or turkey ham for extra flavour.
