500 gms thin pasta

1 cup onions (chopped)

2 pkt of mushroom (fresh, sliced)

2/3 cup flour

1 ltr  chicken stock

2 cup  parmesan cheese (grated)

½ cup cream

4 cup grilled chicken breast cubes

½ cup  Mozzarella Cheese

1 tsp  Black Pepper

Salt to taste

5 tbsp Noor Oil



At times you just feel a need for a creamy comfort dish. Pasta always has that effect on people, it is very easy to make a nice flavorful dish the whole family can enjoy!  

Steps Involved:

We start by boiling the pasta in hot water to “al dente” stage, drain and immediately rinse in cold water to stop any further cooking of the pasta as this also helps prevent them from sticking together.

In a sauce pan add some Noor Oil, sauté mushrooms and onions for a few minutes. Add some flour and continue stirring by slowly pouring in the chicken stock, until a thick sauce is made.

Preheat the oven to 177°C.

Add in the pasta, chicken, cream, one cup of parmesan cheese to the sauce prepared above; sprinkle on with some salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture on to a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes.

Just prior to service gratinate the dish with some cheese sprinkled on top in a grill until the cheese melts with a nice golden color.
Pasta is now prepared and ready to be served hot.
