For the meatballs:

500 gm  ground beef

2 slices  bread for bread crumbs

2 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh parsley, chopped

2 tbsp  milk

1 egg


Noor Oil for deep frying

For the Sauce:

1 tbsp  Noor Oil

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp  ground pepper

4 cups  tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped

2 tbsp  tomato paste

2 tbsp  parsley, chopped




Balls of meat are simmered in a tangy tomato sauce and served on a bed of spaghetti.

Steps Involved:

For the meat balls:         

Grind the garlic and parsley in a food processor.               

Add parmesan cheese and bread and continue grinding.              

In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, ground beef, salt and the ground paste above well and form firm balls with the palm of your hands.

Heat Noor Oil and fry the meatballs carefully in batches till it is cooked and well browned.           

For the sauce:

Heat Noor Oil in a pan and sauté onions on medium heat for 2 minutes.               

Add garlic, tomatoes and tomato paste and bring to boil.             

Add in parsley, pepper and salt.               

To the boiling sauce, add the meatballs gently and cook it for 5 minutes.              


Place the cooked spaghetti in a bowl and pour the meatballs with sauce on top of the pasta.      

Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and serve hot with garlic bread.
