gms lentils
Pasta (any shape)
Arabic bread cut into squares (deep fried till crispy golden)
onions (cut into crescents and fried)

bunch cilantro

tbsp flour

cup lemon Juice

tbsp pomegranate molasses

cup of Noor Oil
Preparation
Introduction:
A dish full of flavor, definitely a crowd pleaser with its fried onion flavour and crunchy bread that brings the whole dish together.
Steps Involved:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack.
Cook the lentils in 6 cups of water till they are soft.
Fry onions, keep aside. Fry cilantro set aside. Fry garlic and keep aside.
Add half of the fried onions, cilantro and garlic mixture to the lentils. Add the spices to the lentils and mix well, season with salt and pepper.
Mix the flour with a little cold water and add it to the pasta and lentils. Now add the pomegranate molasses, lemon juice and Noor Oil
To serve, spoon the pasta and lentils onto a plate. Garnish with the rest of the fried onions, garlic and cilantro, topped with the fried bread and fresh pomegranate.
